How It Works

Within the co-op, Lautman Maska Neill & Company manages the entire campaign from beginning to end, with your approval throughout the process.  We provide our co-op partners:

• Consultation on strategy and planning.
• Copywriting for letters and other package materials.
• Purchasing outside lists for acquisition.
• Concept direction & supervision of artists for all mailings.
• Guidance on selection criteria and use of existing donor data.
• Comprehensive written reports and statistical evaluations of individual donor groups.
• Full analysis of the campaign results, actual vs. projected and as a whole in relation to other regional MOW groups.
• Selection and management of production vendors including printers, artists, mail shop and review of all personalization setups, blue lines, and postal regulations.
• Annual and project budgeting as well as cash flow projections and income tracking.
• Consulting on back-end programs such as donor acknowledgement and database management and maintenance.
