What Our Co-op Partners Have to Say About Us

“We’ve done mail outs before, but when I came in on Monday we needed a wheelbarrow to get all the mail into the office!”

ELAINE EUBANK,
President & CEO CareLink, Little Rock, AR, partner since 2009.

Until this year, our internal direct mail efforts were not very successful.  After joining the Meals on Wheels direct mail co-op of Lautman Maska Neill & Company, we had phenomenal success and just ordered three new delivery vehicles which we desperately needed!”

SHARON BAUGHMAN,
Executive Director, Christian Senior Services, partner since April 2008

“Compared to last year we have already doubled the number of new donors and donations have increased this year by more than 55%. We are very pleased with the outcome of the direct mail.

This growth will allow us to do some things that we have not been able to do, including upgrading our emergency meals program and doing some serious outreach to find those potential clients who don’t find us on their own.

Thanks again, and again.”

PAUL KRAINTZ,
Director and Co-Founder Meals on Wheels of Contra Costa, Inc., partner since 2006

“The big thing the direct mail co-op did for us was to let us expand our program without having to create a waiting list.  We've grown from zero to over 6,000 donors.  We're in a relatively small community, but it still amazes me how people we don't know responded to our request in the mail.

The thing I love about the co-op is that all we have to do is open the mail and deposit the checks.  Lautman Maska Neill & Company does everything else — from writing the letter, doing the artwork, getting everything printed, renting the direct mail lists for the acquisition mail, to actually mailing the letter. Because we’re small, we benefit greatly from the group purchasing power. There is no way we could do it in-house as cost-effectively.
