Reporting
We provide detailed analytic reports after each mailing. These reports examine the performance of each segment sent a particular mailing as well as overall testing results. Our reports interpret complex statistics in a manner that is easy to understand and that can be presented to executives and Board Members of your organization. We also provide a final report at the end of your fiscal year that summarizes all of the mailings sent within that year and measures the success of the campaign against budgeted goals, providing recommendations for future mailings.
To evaluate the value of each program overall, it is often necessary to examine the lifetime value of donors and migration of donors to major and planned giving. We can perform this analysis on a mature file, or develop models to predict the long-term value of a start-up program.
