Reporting with Insight

Intrinsic to the success of any direct marketing campaign is accurate, in-depth analysis of results.  Our powerful proprietary statistical system, Insight, allows us to produce not only detailed statistical reports on all mailings, but provide a deeper level of analysis. 

With just a simple gift file download from you and the click of a button, Insight reports on campaign results at the summary, package and segment level. Segmentation reports are not just limited to one campaign – multiple campaigns can be reviewed together to determine the best donors and outside lists to target. And annual summary reports are generated by Insight to compare actual results against projections and goals.

Want to know how a new package test performed against a control? Insight features a testing report that determines, at a statistically significant 90% confidence interval, if there was a winner at both the package and segment level. And an extensive testing library within Insight includes a historical record of all test results so that we can build on what we learned and use it to inform our work with all organizations.

Typically we provide written narrative reports by campaign and by year to meet your needs. Some clients prefer to receive reports upon the completion of every mailing. For other clients, where we have frequent meetings to discuss results, briefer summary reports are preferred. We conduct overall donor retention reports, subsequent giving analysis by package or list and cash flow/revenue curve analysis.  We also produce additional reports whenever necessary to address the unique challenges you are facing.
