Michael DeFlavia, Production Manager
Michael J. DeFlavia has held direct mail production and strategy positions in both the non-profit and commercial sectors for more than 10 years.

After holding several positions in the Philadelphia area, including working on national accounts like Home Depot and Saks, Mike joined the National Trust for Historic Preservation as their Production Manager of Special Appeals when he moved to Washington, DC. He was quickly promoted to Associate Director of Special Appeals, managing the strategy and implementation for the direct mail, telemarketing, monthly giving, mid-level and many other ancillary programs and was responsible for a multi-million dollar budget.

After more than six years at National Trust, Mike joined the team at Lautman, Maska, Neill & Company in January 2008 as the Production Manager, overseeing print production for a number of clients including Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic, the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, among others.

It’s Mike’s dedication, keen eye for details, and creative approach to production, strategy, and the non-profit community that enables him to help ensure his client’s programs are a success.

Mike graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA having earned a B.A. in Communication with a Public Relations concentration. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington and the Washington Metropolitan Postal Customer Council, as well as a volunteer for the DMAW and DMA.
