Lautman Maska Neill & Company

Our Staff

Tiffany Neill, CFRE, Partner
Tiffany Neill balances empathy for the non-profit viewpoint with an analytical view to help clients realize their vision of a better world. It’s a unique combination that helps her recognize that every penny spent on fundraising initiatives is a resource that clients must pull from their existing program and service budgets.

Tiffany is an advocate for clients and their donors alike. She approaches client interactions with a desire to gain a comprehensive understanding of their entire development picture—while sharing keen insight into donor likes and dislikes that inform each unique mail program.

She joined Lautman Maska Neill & Company in 1997 as an Account Executive, and is now a partner in the firm with Lisa Maska. She has consulted with many non-profit organizations, including the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, the AARP Foundation, House of Ruth, Safe Horizon, NGLTF, Adopt-A-Minefield and the National Museum of the American Indian.

A frequent speaker at industry meetings and seminars, Tiffany has often addressed audiences at Fund Raising Days sponsored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) in New York and Washington D.C., and the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) of Washington.

A member of the DMAW and AFP, Tiffany also serves on the Board of Directors of the D.C. Rape Crisis Center. A graduate of Stanford University, she earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
