Nava Pickman, Junior Account Executive
As a Junior Account Executive, Nava brings passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to her work advancing direct mail campaigns for clients such as Mercy Corps, Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, and JBI International.

Prior to joining Lautman Maska Neill & Company, Nava worked for Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life, advancing the operating systems for all fundraising initiatives. In her role as Database Operations Manager, Nava lead a strategic planning and data migration/consolidation process to streamline the organization's fundraising systems. An experienced non-profit professional, Nava has worked and volunteered in a variety of capacities at organizations such as the Conference on Jewish Material Claims against Germany, YCT Rabbinical School, and Jews United for Justice.

Originally from New York, Nava earned an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Judaism in Los Angeles, CA, and a BA in English Communications/Advertising from Yeshiva University. Nava is an active member of AFP. In her spare time she loves to read, bake, and organize anything she gets her hands on.
