Amy Sukol, CFRE, Account Supervisor
Amy Sukol takes pride in safeguarding and stewarding the personal connection between non-profit organizations and those who contribute to them. Non-profit experience lends her the perspective to understand each client’s challenges—while offering the industry expertise to solve them. In addition, her background as an accomplished writer and editor drives a commitment to helping clients develop a unique voice that connects with donors.
In her role as Account Supervisor for Lautman Maska Neill & Company, Amy brings her experience in all areas of the direct mail fundraising process including production, market analysis, account coordination and copywriting to every organization with whom she works.
Ms. Sukol has worked with a wide variety of organizations including the Free Library of Philadelphia, DOROT, Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, ACCION International, and Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Gay Men’s Health Crisis, AVSC, National Museum of the American Indian, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and National Museum of Women in the Arts.
An active participant in the nonprofit community as a volunteer, Amy has shared her fundraising and writing experience with a number of local organizations over the past decade. Amy is an active member of AFP and the Direct Marketing Association of Washington. She is a frequent speaker at fundraising conferences and also teaches a direct mail 101 class to grassroots activists and fundraisers through the Institute for Policy Studies. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Penn State University, where she earned a degree in history.
