Kristin Zigo, Production Director
With an eye for detail, Kristin Zigo ensures each client’s direct mail packages make an impact on the donors who receive them. Within her teams, her measured voice and calming influence lead many colleagues and clients to turn to her for advice.
Prior to her work at Lautman Maska Neill & Company, Kristin worked in direct mail and commercial print production in the banking industry. These high-volume projects with aggressive schedules gave Kristin the problem solving and troubleshooting expertise she currently brings to our team.
Kristin has managed direct mail production on accounts including the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Adopt-A-Minefield, UNA-USA, ACCION International, Ronald McDonald House of New York, Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic, DOROT, Hebrew Home of Great Washington, Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation, and Hospice of the Piedmont, among others.
Kristin also brings experience in writing, editing, and desktop publishing. She has developed skills in budgeting, maintaining deadlines from the strategic stage to final mail date, and creative problem-solving.
A member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington and the Washington Metropolitan Postal Customer Council, Kristin graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in English.
