Senior Account Executive


We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to provide strategic leadership for direct marketing fundraising programs for our nonprofit clients. Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience working in direct response fundraising (agency experience a plus), demonstrated expertise in managing fully integrated, multi-channel, direct response fundraising programs and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented team-player, able to prioritize multiple projects.

Senior Accountant

Are you an expert with QuickBooks Enterprise? Are you detail-orientated enough to be a great Senior Accountant, but also skilled at communicating with a variety of people who are not accounting experts? Are you passionate about changing the world? Read on!

We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter who is an expert with QuickBooks Enterprise, has strong payroll processing skills and is knowledgeable in current payroll regulations, who is looking to be a key contributor in a small in-house finance and accounting department.

This mid-level position will work closely with our Senior Finance Director to ensure Accounts Payable are processed seamlessly, payroll and benefit administration is error free, and reports run from QuickBooks are prompt and accurate. Five years experience in finance and accounting preferred. Must be experienced with QuickBooks Enterprise, have advanced Excel ability and have excellent communication skills.

Digital Production Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Production Specialist to play a lead role in our digital direct response work for our nonprofit clients. To succeed in this position, candidates will have 3 or more years’ experience working in digital fundraising/advocacy, demonstrated expertise with eCRM technology (Luminate, Every Action, or Engaging Networks), HTML experience, and the ability to take an email campaign from start to finish (building out landing pages, conditionalizing content, executing A/B tests, etc). You should be extremely detail-oriented, work well as part of a team, be able to prioritize multiple projects, and have a passion for the nonprofit sector. We are looking for an energetic and committed individual who is eager to make a difference.

Account Intern

We are currently seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented intern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the non-profit sector and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
We are looking for an organized, self-starter who is eager to learn and make a difference in the world.
Interns will assist with the direct marketing and fundraising campaigns for numerous clients in a variety of sectors – such as international relief, animal welfare and social services. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in working in a fast-paced environment and learning more about fundraising or non-profit marketing.
This is a full-time, temporary (6 months), paid position.

 Digital Marketing and Fundraising Intern

We are currently seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented intern for our Digital Department. The start and end dates are flexible, but ideally, we would like someone who can begin in June and continue throughout the fall semester.
As an intern, you will gain real-world experience in what it takes to run a successful digital fundraising program. This internship is not administrative in nature. You will support the fundraising campaigns for numerous clients in a variety of sectors – such as LGBTQ advocacy, animal welfare and social services.
Some tasks may include proofreading and editing copy, assisting with Facebook advertising campaigns, creating campaign reports, writing social media posts, and assisting with email fundraising campaigns.
This is a perfect opportunity for marketing or communications students who are interested in working in a fast-paced environment and learning more about fundraising, marketing, communications, or nonprofit management.
This is a paid position.
Availability for the internship must be 10-20 hours a week.
