Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive to provide strategic leadership for direct marketing fundraising programs for our nonprofit clients. The ideal candidate has 4 to 5 years working in direct response fundraising (agency experience a plus), has excellent communication skills, is extremely detail-oriented, works well as part of a team, is able to prioritize multiple projects, and has a passion for the nonprofit sector. We are looking for an energetic and committed individual who is eager to make a difference.

Print Production Assistant

The Production Assistant will work closely with the Production Managers to ensure direct response fundraising projects are executed (internally and with outside vendor partners) in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, creating documentation for bidding, purchase orders, and cost sheets, trafficking artwork and printer proofs, processing invoices, and reconciling costs and postage for multiple simultaneous direct mail campaigns.

Our clients include social service agencies, cultural institutions, and progressive nonprofits. Prefer at least 1 to 2 years of experience in print production, direct mail or similar print field. Nonprofit fundraising knowledge a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

This is an administrative position supporting the production department and not a graphic design position. The ideal candidate is energetic, able to juggle multiple projects, has strong attention to detail and is eager to make a difference. Fundraising/Non-Profit Marketing Internship

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented intern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the non-profit sector and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for an organized, self-starter who is eager to learn and make a difference in the world.

Interns will assist with the direct marketing and fundraising campaigns for numerous clients in a variety of sectors – such as international relief, animal welfare and social services. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in working in a fast-paced environment and learning more about fundraising or non-profit marketing.
