Senior Account Executive
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dedicated team of fundraising experts.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing all aspects of direct response fundraising campaigns for select nonprofit organizations and for maintaining strong client relationships. The Senior Account Executive is charged with maintaining schedules, developing campaign and testing strategy, writing data selects and instructions, managing campaign results, writing campaign reports and drafting budgets.
The ideal candidate should have a detailed understanding of direct response fundraising and the ability to fulfill client needs. You should be extremely detail-oriented, work well as part of a team, be able to multi-task and have a passion for the nonprofit sector. Remote employees will be considered. The salary range is $72,000-78,000.

System Administrator
We are hiring a System Administrator who is eager to be part of a company that is making the world a better place.
We are looking for someone who will ensure that our technology infrastructure is the best in class and runs smoothly and efficiently by monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues, with a focus on optimizing our SharePoint platform, managing on-prem servers and SQL database operations.
In this position you will implement and manage company hardware and software inventory, showcase expertise in information security, build solutions and provide end-user training. You will assist with developing the overall IT strategy for the Company which includes managing the relationship with external IT partners, ensuring compliance with and adherence to contractual terms and SLAs, as well as serving as the primary administrator for Microsoft services and licenses.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience administering and managing SharePoint, have proficiency with Windows/Linux based servers, online Microsoft services and SQL, working with a hybrid Azure Active Directory, managing Windows Enterprise licensing and experience with providing day-to-day user support and training.
The ideal candidate must have three or more years’ experience as a systems administrator or similar role. This is an exempt position that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Remote employees will not be considered. The salary range is $85,000-95,000.

Are you a digital expert who wants to help raise money for incredible causes and work alongside some of the brightest minds in the fundraising business? We are hiring a Digital Account Manager to join our growing team and work with some incredible nonprofits!
In this position you will direct and manage all areas of the email fundraising and advocacy strategies for nonprofit organizations and maintain strong client relationships. You will help create innovative email and digital campaigns for our nonprofit clients, and work with our team of implementers to bring them to life.
We are looking for someone who loves the creative process just as much as analysis, and who has experience working with eCRMs such as Engaging Networks, Luminate Online and EveryAction.
You should have 6-7 years experience in the digital space, ideally in an agency environment. Salary range is $90,000-95,000 and we offer excellent benefits. Remote candidates will be considered.
