Lisa is co-owner and partner of Lautman Maska Neill & Company, an award-winning full-service direct response fundraising firm specializing in nonprofits.

The company she has built with co-owner Tiffany Neill reflects their commitment to innovation and excellence in direct response fundraising, their belief in the power of non-profit organizations to improve the world we live in and their personal goals of leaving the world a better place.

Lisa began her direct marketing career managing new donor acquisition campaigns for CARE, a leading humanitarian organization that fights global poverty. She also ran the annual fund for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York before joining Lautman & Company in 1992. Over the years, she has developed a strong donor-centric view that helps shape the critically intimate connection between nonprofit organizations and the donors who support them. She balances insight into the fundraising needs of established organizations and start-ups alike. She leads the firm’s work for senior nutrition programs around the country through the Meals-on-Wheels Fundraising Co-op.

Lisa believes that sharing her expertise continues the Lautman tradition of giving back to the industry. She frequently speaks at industry conferences and seminars, including the AFP International Conference, the Bridge Conference in Washington DC, AFP Fund Raising Day in New York, DMA Nonprofit Days and DMFA and served on the boards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Washington, DC Chapter and the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association (DMFA).

Lisa graduated cum laude from Rice University in Houston, Texas, with a degree in English literature. She is a retired runner, having completed three marathons including the Marine Corps Marathon and the New York City Marathon and now attends yoga classes as often as possible.

Tiffany Neill, CFRE, is co-owner and partner of Lautman Maska Neill & Company, an award-winning full-service direct response fundraising firm specializing in nonprofits.

The company she has built with co-owner Lisa Maska reflects their commitment to innovation and excellence in direct response fundraising, their belief in the power of non-profit organizations to improve the world we live in and their personal goals of leaving the world a better place.

Tiffany draws on over twenty years of fundraising experience going back to early days opening membership responses at B’nai B’rith. Over the years, she has consulted with large and small non-profit organizations and helped successfully launch the direct response fundraising efforts at many. Her personal expertise was recognized by the Direct Marketing Association of Washington who named her Industry All Star in 2015.

Tiffany collaborates with the organizations served by the firm to share what she has learned to propel fundraising forward. She is a frequent speaker at industry meetings and seminars, and has often addressed audiences at the AFP’s International Fundraising Conference, at the Bridge Conference sponsored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the DMAW as well as at the DMA’s Nonprofit Conference in New York and Washington D.C.

She has served numerous non-profits as a Board member, and currently serves on the Board of the DC Chapter of the AFP as well as on the Board of Directors of the Association of Direct Response Fundraising Counsel (ADRFCo). In 2016 she was Co-Chair of the Bridge to Integrated Marketing Conference. Tiffany holds memberships in the DMA, the DMAW and AFP.

A graduate of Stanford University, she earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

CFRE, Principal

Amy Sukol takes pride in safeguarding and stewarding the personal connection between nonprofit organizations and their donors. In her role as Principal at Lautman Maska Neill & Company, Amy accomplishes this by utilizing her two decades of experience in all areas of the direct response fundraising process.

Ms. Sukol is a certified fundraising executive who currently oversees the direct mail programs for a number of organizations, including Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Marine Corps Association Foundation, National Counsel of Jewish Women, Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation and JBI International.

Ms. Sukol has worked with a wide variety of organizations over the course of her career including Accion, Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic, Zero to Three, the Free Library of Philadelphia, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Gay Men’s Health Crisis, AVSC, National Museum of the American Indian, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and National Museum of Women in the Arts.

Ms. Sukol is also an active participant in the nonprofit community as a volunteer. She has worked for a number of local organizations using her fundraising and writing expertise. She is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and was the 2020 co-chair of the Bridge to Integrated Marketing and Fundraising conference, sponsored by the Direct Marketing Association of Washington and AFP/DC.

She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Penn State University, where she earned a degree in History.

Chief Operating Officer

Erin is a finance and treasury executive who has achieved notable recognition over 25 years building and leading top-performing, efficient and cost-effective operations for organizations large and small. As Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, payroll and benefits administration for the firm, as well as developing internal tracking and management systems to ensure the company is well positioned for continued growth and continues to meet the needs of our clients.

Erin is a leadership team member on Lautman’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Outside of Lautman, she is an active member of the Leadership Council for Inclusion Allies Coalition (IAC), a global coalition of organizations and practitioners committed to diversity, equity and inclusion within society that serves as allies for those who feel marginalized and advocates for inclusive policies and practices. Erin is the co-Chair of the IAC Mentoring Committee and a contributing member of their Advocacy Committee.

Prior to joining Lautman, Erin worked in the corporate world as Director of Corporate Treasury at Blackboard and as Treasurer at Digital Intelligence Systems. In the nonprofit space, she held several senior finance and financial systems roles at the Institute of International Education in Washington DC.

Erin graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and holds a Masters in Spanish Linguistics from The Pennsylvania State University. She prides herself on being a multifaceted professional with a background in foreign languages as well as finance operations — a blend that allows her to bring needed dialogue regarding diversity and inclusion to historically one-dimensional professions. It is her drive to push the envelope and think outside the box that has always been at the core of her mission to encourage others to be courageous and limitless. Erin leads organizations in change management strategies that focus on creativity, sensitivity and mentoring to illustrate there is always more than one path to a goal. “Create a vision, embark on the mission and achieve an endless array of success” is the inspirational message Erin infuses into organizational cultures.

In her spare time, Erin serves as Strategic Financial Advisor to Julie Kantor, Founder and CEO of Twomentor, LLC. She designs jewelry and is an accomplished singer who has performed several times at the Kennedy Center and Strathmore.

Executive Vice President

Bryan’s proven track record of successful fundraising and stellar client service for both large and small non profits is a tremendous asset, as is his extensive knowledge in statistical reporting which helped launch Lautman’s proprietary analytic software system – Insight.

As Executive Vice President, Bryan oversees fundraising campaign strategy for a variety of clients, and also works with analysts and data processors as head of the Analytics Department.

Prior to joining Lautman, Bryan worked with RTC Relationship Marketing where he focused on e-marketing development and strategy for AARP Membership and Services. Before that, he spent four years with Adams Hussey & Associates managing the direct marketing campaigns of various non-profit organizations – a broad range of fundraising experience that includes charitable, political and environmental work with groups like United Cerebral Palsy, AARP, and Defenders of Wildlife.

Bryan received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, with a double major in Marketing and Management. He is an active volunteer within the industry, serving on the ADFRCO Council Board and as Chair of the DMAW MAXI Committee.  He is also Board President of the Alumni Association for the Georgetown Swim Team. A first generation American by way of Argentina, Bryan was born and raised in New York, but now considers himself a proud DC local and lives in AU Park with his wife Leah and their son Colin.

Lesley brings strategic and insightful leadership to all of her clients, including National Park Foundation, Human Rights Campaign, PCRM, Parkinsons Foundation, RIF and Ocean Conservancy.  Her passion, creativity and drive have helped many organizations build sophisticated multi-channel fundraising programs.  In addition to her account leadership, she heads up Lautman’s Digital Department, which she was instrumental in launching nearly ten years ago.  Under Lesley’s leadership, the department has grown to a team of over a dozen experts in digital strategy and fundraising, digital advertising and email implementation.

As a multi-channel expert, she speaks regularly at industry conferences, and her campaigns have been recognized with industry awards, including the MAXI awards and DMFA Package of the Year.  In 2013, Lesley was honored with the DMAW’s Rising Star Award.  Lesley began her fundraising career at Adams Hussey & Associates, and spent time raising money for the Landmine Survivors Network before coming to Lautman Maska Neill & Company.

Lesley graduated from St. Michael’s College outside of Burlington, VT with a degree in Business Administration.  After 20 years of living in the DC area, she realized she missed real winters and walks in the woods, and relocated to Saratoga Springs, NY just outside of the Adirondacks.

Vice President & Managing Director, Co-op

As Vice President, Jacqui directs Lautman Maska Neill & Company’s production staff and is responsible for managing the production of direct marketing campaigns for a wide range of efforts that include acquisitions, special appeals, membership renewals, monthly donor and premium programs.

Over the course of more than 25 years with the company, Jacqui’s hands-on experience has ranged from small, start-up programs to large, multi-faceted campaigns for local and national accounts such as the ASPCA, Mercy Corps, FCNL, House of Ruth, Save the Chimps, GMHC and Point Foundation.

In addition, Jacqui serves as COO for the firm’s Meals on Wheels National Co-op, a consortium of more than 40 regional meal providers across the United States.

Jacqui came to Lautman Maska Neill & Company with an outstanding background in direct mail and production. Her attention to detail and her expertise in all areas of printing and production allow her to produce direct mail campaigns for the best prices without sacrificing quality.

Jacqui graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and is a member of the Direct Mail Fundraising Association.

Vice President

Mike has held various production and strategy positions in both the nonprofit and commercial sectors since 1998, he joined the team at Lautman Maska Neill & Company in 2008 and is currently a Vice President.

In this role, Mike acts as production lead on multiple accounts including The Actors Fund, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, JBI International and the Human Rights Campaign. He also helps train and guide an eight-person Production Department and oversees the IT needs of the firm.

It’s Mike’s dedication, keen eye for details, and creative approach to production, strategy, and the nonprofit community that enables him to help ensure his client’s programs are a success.

Mike graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA having earned a B.A. in Communication with a Public Relations concentration. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW) and the Washington Metropolitan Postal Customer Council, as well as a volunteer for the DMAW and several local nonprofits.

Mike served on the Board of Directors of the DMAW in various roles, including President in 2013. He currently serves on the MTA Committee of the USPS as a representative of ADRFCo and is Co-chair for DMA Nonprofit Federation Conference.

As Vice President, Accounts & Co-op, Lynsey (she/her/hers) oversees multiple teams ensuring our fundraising strategies align with client goals. Highly organized, results driven, and collaborative, Lynsey knows what it takes to develop revenue-generating and award-winning campaigns for our nonprofit clients. She serves as Director of Co-op Client Services for the firm’s Meals on Wheels National Co-op, a consortium of more than 45 regional meal providers across the United States. With a deep understanding of each Co-op client’s priorities, she works with her internal teams and external vendors to create integrated fundraising solutions to meet their needs.   

Lynsey launched and leads Lautman’s Volunteer Committee which helps our staff find great organizations and projects around the country to support with their time. Her commitment to volunteering extends outside of work. Lynsey volunteers at SOME (So Others Might Eat) helping serve breakfast, assembling holiday boxes and participating in their annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day.  

You can find Lynsey taking long walks with her dog Murphy, traveling to visit family and friends, and finding the best margaritas in D.C.

Marie has worked in the Direct Marketing industry for more than 25 years – 18 of which have been dedicated specifically to fundraising for non-profit organizations. As VP, Accounts, she oversees integrated fundraising campaigns for Food & Friends, Parkinson’s Foundation, Entertainment Community Fund, United Spinal Association, and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati. She also co-leads our internal account training and benchmarking efforts.

Marie has served on the Board of Directors for The Nonprofit Alliance as well as the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW). In addition to being past President of the DMAW in 2019, she was the recipient of the 2015 Emerging Leader award and 2022 Board Superhero award. Marie is co-chair of the AFP/DMAW 2024 Bridge to Integrated Marketing and Fundraising Conference.

Outside the office, Marie indulges her passion for philanthropy by volunteering on the Board of Directors for Nick’s Place, a recovery residence in Beltsville, MD.  She has also logged over 1,000 volunteer hours with the USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore and the Honor Flight Network. In her spare time, she enjoys singing as a member of the Choir at St. Luke Serbian Orthodox Church in Potomac, MD.

Robin is an award-winning graphic designer and marketing professional who serves as part of Lautman Maska Neill & Company’s Leadership Team. As VP Design and Corporate Marketing, Robin leads the firm’s in-house Art department, and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s marketing strategies.  She takes pride in creating innovative solutions to client’s fundraising challenges and enjoys strengthening the Company’s market position to achieve desired business goals.

Robin has worked in design, production and marketing for over 30 years. She built Lautman’s in-house Art department into a team of seven seasoned professionals skilled at designing for fundraising. Robin believes that — along with copywriting and list selection — design is an integral part of the success of any marketing program. She takes pride in designing campaigns that engage the audience … are accessible … inspire donors … guide people to action … reflect each organizations brand and values … and above all get results!

Robin is actively involved in the industry — as a speaker, a judge and a volunteer — and holds memberships in the DMAW and AIGA. In her spare time, Robin enjoys painting and hiking the coast of Maine.

Vice President

As Vice President, Vicki manages the direct marketing campaigns for Heifer International, the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington and Point Foundation. Vicki is always looking for ways to improve the donor experience (and revenue!) by developing creative, multi-channel strategies. She firmly believes one size does not fit all, and expertly balances data analysis, creative problem solving and outside the box thinking to build tailored direct response programs that stand the test of time.
Before joining Lautman Maska Neill & Company in 2008, Vicki worked as a Development Associate and Database Administrator at The Calhoun School in Manhattan. There, she worked closely with board members and parent and alumni volunteers on a variety of fundraising endeavors including the Annual Fund, Capital Campaign and the Annual Auction Benefit. She also oversaw gift accounting, reconciling and reporting.
In addition to her professional work in fundraising, is also active with the New Orleans chapter of AFP, including co-chairing its 2021 Conference. In addition, Vicki has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Direct Response Fundraising Counsel (ADRFCo) as well as the Board of Governors for Westover School in Middlebury, CT.
Vicki graduated from Tulane University with a dual degree in Marketing and Spanish Literature. In her free time, she enjoys living in New Orleans, and fulfilling her goal of visiting all of the U.S. Presidential Libraries.

Shonda (she/her/hers) is an experienced IT professional who has loved working with data for the past 15+ years! In her role, she manages the technical aspect of importing and exporting data, troubleshooting, reporting, and liaising with multiple data vendors. Detail oriented, highly organized, and client service focused, Shonda ensures that our teams have the right data to help reach fundraising goals.    

She graduated cum laude from Franklin University and is a certified Raisers Edge Blackbaud user. Her commitment to nonprofits extends outside work, as she has been volunteering with her local YMCA since 2018. Shonda currently lives in Spring Hill, Florida, where she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, cycling, line dancing and traveling.

Neil is laser focused on finding solutions to complex online fundraising challenges. And he enjoys nothing more than celebrating big wins with his teammates and clients.  

Neil is a member of Lautman’s Marketing Committee and enjoys reading and writing, watching soccer (Premier League and Serie A), playing real-time-strategy video games, and spending time with his wife and son.

 An avid member of Lautman’s Book Club Committee, you can find her nose deep in a book (witty fiction is her favorite). A recent newcomer to the DC area, Alli loves going on walks around the city and discovering new places to hang out with her friends and colleagues!

He especially enjoys celebrating big wins with teammates and clients.

In his free time you can find David watching sports such as football and basketball where he’ll be rooting for his Boston sports teams or playing a game  of basketball or golf himself. When it’s time to unwind, he reverts to digital-mode, bingeing new TV shows or playing video games.

Alex (he/him/his) combines his passion for helping others with his data acumen to provide our nonprofit clients detailed reports that help inform client fundraising strategies. From campaign and testing results, to LTV list performance and up to the hour digital performance – Alex ensures that our Account teams can review and access results they need to help guide future strategic recommendations.  

When he’s not nose deep in Excel files and SQL, Alex enjoys grilling with friends while listening to Acoustic or R&B music or watching his beloved Vikings. Alex is also a committed member of Lautman’s Welcome Committee, onboarding new staff to the agency.

Megan combines her passions for nonprofits, digital media, and storytelling to develop award winning digital fundraising campaigns for our clients. She works with multiple internal and external teams to create and execute integrated fundraising strategies that reflect her clients’ goals and missions. Valuing a strong sense of community, Megan spearheaded Lautman’s monthly Book Club Committee in 2020 and is also a member of the Tech Committee. She is a Board Member for the American Tractor Museum. Fun fact: the Tractor Museum started with her grandfather’s antique tractor collection and has grown to be a great museum in her hometown.  

A native of Missouri, you can find Megan cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, reading, visiting museums, traveling, and baking.

With over 30 years of experience in direct mail print production, Mike knows what it takes to produce high quality fundraising mail campaigns for our nonprofit clients. In his role, he is responsible for managing print jobs from start-to-finish: pricing out package formats, managing schedules and coordinating with the right print vendors to suit the needs of each individual client. A great problem solver, he ensures that his campaigns mail on time, within (or under) budget, and meet nonprofit client goals.   

Mike is a veteran who served with the U.S. Navy. He likes to ride his motorcycle around town and fish out of his kayak.

Christa brings a wealth of integrated direct response fundraising knowledge to Lautman from working with national and regional nonprofits in the areas of human services, environmental and international outreach. She truly stands behind the multi-channel, integrated marketing approach. Her experience ranges from production management, list brokerage, digital implementation, strategic and analytical collaboration and, most importantly, client service.As an Account Manager, she brings her passion and enthusiasm to our Meals on Wheels Co-op team where she helps drive Lautman’s donor-centric fundraising strategies, and provides the customer-centric support that our clients need to achieve fundraising success.

In her spare time, you can find Christa at any Florida Gators, Texas Longhorns, or Dallas Cowboy football games or at a local eatery or vineyard. North Texas does have good wine, she swears!

Production Manager

Jenny comes to Lautman Maska Neill & Company with a background in print, mail, graphic design and photography. Working previously as a lettershop Account Manager, she assisted clients with job creation and project oversight through production and into mail. Prior to that, she worked for 14 years in the printing department at a university working her way up from Assistant to Supervisor.

She brings her creativity, keen eye for details and passion for getting the job done right to her work at Lautman. Having worked on nonprofit mailings in her previous positions, she is excited to now have the chance to offer her experience in helping advance these organizations’ missions through their fundraising endeavors.

Jenny serves on Lautman’s Welcome Committee and enjoys spending her free time with her family, crafting pretty things and devoting her Saturdays in the fall to SEC football like any true southerner would.

Account Manager

Rayna has broad experience in direct mail fundraising — from strategy and messaging to data segmentation and production management — and is passionate about bringing the donor to the heart of the mission. As Account Manager, Rayna is responsible for executing integrated fundraising campaigns for Doctors Without Borders (MSF), The ALS Association and VNS Health.

Before joining Lautman in 2020, she worked for almost a decade at Tripi Consulting Associates. There, she managed direct response programs and wrote digital and mail copy for esteemed organizations including Orbis International, Action Against Hunger, Fountain House and Global Fund for Women.

She is a long-time member of the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association and since 2014 has been closely involved in Fundraising Day in New York, where she has presented, served on the marketing committee and co-chaired the direct response track.

Rayna holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College (MA) in Hispanic Studies and English, with a concentration in creative writing. She is a life-long resident of New York’s Hudson Valley, where she volunteers with several local organizations that focus on food access, land conservation and education. In her free time, Rayna practices parkour and salsa dancing, hikes the Shawangunk Ridge and works on a personal project to read a book from every country in the world.

Francie Cleary (she/her/hers) has prepared statistical results on dozens of fundraising mailings including acquisitions, special appeals, and renewals for clients. In addition, she has created and updated management reports to summarize mailing results, compare actual results against projections, and present income and expense figures. She is proficient with Excel as well as other software packages. 

Francie is a member of Lautman’s Volunteer and Tech Committees and enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with family. She’s also an avid follower of the Premiere League and World Cup soccer and I’m an Arsenal fan.

Russell (he/him/his) prides himself on being a fast and willing learner, which helps him get up to speed quickly and stay on the cutting edge of digital fundraising tactics and techniques so he can successfully shepherd the development and execution of digital fundraising campaigns from beginning to end. From monitoring performance, to understanding and conveying campaign successes and failures, Russell’s diplomatic and “peacemaking” demeanor helps him navigate and maintain client relationships effectively. His strong technical production background helps him bridge the gap between Lautman’s digital production team and our nonprofit partners effectively.

Russell serves on Lautman’s Book Club Committee, and balances his free time reading the latest book with his love of trivia, going to the movies, doing Sudoku and playing  Pokemon GO. He also works with the Duke Young Alumni Committee DC Chapter to coordinate and execute events for local alumni, in both social and community service capacities.

Michaela (she/her/hers) oversees and implements direct mail fundraising campaigns throughout the entire campaign lifecycle from strategy development, creative, to final reporting. She combines her organizational skills, exceptional client service and ability to problem solve to deliver effective, successful campaigns.

Prior to coming to Lautman, Michaela managed direct response fundraising programs for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Rhode Island Community Food Bank, Riley Children’s Foundation, and Grassroots International.

Before joining Lautman, Pat was responsible for meeting tight deadlines on political fundraising mailings, executing highly personalized projects and coordinating large prospecting campaigns. Over the years, she has managed production jobs both large and small, for agencies as well as commercial and non-profit clients.

In her free time, Pat enjoys riding her motorcycle and talking long walks with her two rescue pups. She is also a member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW).

Before joining Lautman, Maska, Neill & Company, PK was the Senior Development Manager at Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C., where she led digital fundraising, direct mail, and online communications and oversaw gift processing and database management. She also spent three years serving as an AmeriCorps member to support nonprofits across the U.S. in volunteer management, disaster recovery, trail building, and recreational therapy and—along the way—mastered the art of parallel parking a 15-passenger van, acquired a chainsaw certification, and learned how to build a house.

PK graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Good Shepherd Volunteers and volunteers with RISSE—an organization based in her Upstate New York hometown that supports refugees and immigrants. In her free time, you can find her practicing yoga, hiking, or eating her way through Brooklyn.

Bridget first joined Lautman as an Account Intern in 2020. Now an Account Coordinator, Bridget provides support to the fundraising campaigns for Doctors Without Borders, The ALS Association and the Meals on Wheels Co-op.

Bridget graduated cum laude from George Washington University in 2021, receiving a B.A. in Sociology and dual minors in English and Sustainability. At GW, Bridget discovered her passion for working with nonprofits through volunteering with Life Pieces To Masterpieces, an arts-based afterschool program in DC. Bridget also previously interned with other nonprofits of varying sizes and missions, and is excited to continue her work in fundraising and direct response at Lautman.

As a volunteer with the American Belgian Malinois Rescue since 2011, she helps with their fundraising efforts, doing home visits for potential adopters or fosters and transporting dogs to their foster homes.

He is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the functionality and optimization of our reporting tools, and training staff on how to interpret analytic reports.   

 As a member of Lautman’s Tech Committee, he plays a key role in identifying better ways to work. Alex’s leadership role extends outside the office, serving as a Cub Scout Master for his sons’ elementary school. As an avid musician, he plays the piano, fiddle, banjo, and guitar as part of a bluegrass band.

Before coming to Lautman, Maggie worked at The Knot Worldwide on the advertising sales team, supporting wedding professionals in their marketing and development efforts. For more than five years, Maggie leveraged industry experience in closing new business and managing relationships with current clients.

Maggie graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in French. Born and raised in the D.C. area, she spends her free time trying new restaurants with her husband, cheering on the Washington Nationals, and spoiling her pets, Hunter and Sam.

Prior to joining Lautman, Robin was a digital strategist at a number of progressive political organizations, including ActBlue, EMILYs List, and NARAL Pro-Choice America. She also served on Senator Kirsten Gillibrand’s 2020 presidential primary campaign.

In her spare time, Robin enjoys reading, running, going to the movies, and slowly beautifying and renovating her D.C. home.

Production Coordinator

Eileen brings more than ten years of experience in direct response marketing to Lautman. In her role as Production Assistant, she supports senior production staff and serves as a resource for the entire production team. She assists with the implementation of fundraising campaigns for nonprofit organizations by managing the steps necessary to execute cost-effective, high quality, on-time direct response fundraising efforts. This includes creating production schedules, writing requests for quotes (RFQs), preparing production grids, awarding jobs and issuing POs, trafficking artwork/proofs, reconciling invoices and creating/maintaining cost sheets.

Eileen began her career in direct response as an Account Coordinator working with the Arthritis Foundation team at Merkle. Wanting to learn more about the industry, she moved over to the Production and learned the daily ins and outs of direct mail production. Within a few months she was promoted to Production Billing Manager where she managed the production billing for three offices and worked closely with accounting. From there, she moved on to other agencies and worked on clients such as Paralyzed Veterans of America, Pioneers, MS and ACS.

Eileen’s passion for nonprofits has driven her to participate in the Arthritis Walk and Relay for Life and serve as a Wish Granter with Make A Wish. She is also an avid sports fan.

As an Account Executive, Araby provides fundraising support to a variety of nonprofits including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Human Rights Campaign, Population Connection, and Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Araby graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County where she studied Political Science with a concentration in International Politics and French. Design Director

Dana Kunkel (She/her/hers) is an award-winning graphic designer and illustrator with nearly 15 years of experience in multichannel design. As head of Lautman’s in-house Art department, she leads a team of designers in working with the Account Teams to develop the visual identity of integrated fundraising campaigns for national, regional, and local accounts.

Dana is an active member of the AIGA in Washington DC and regularly attends DMAW events. She is passionate about the value of good design in the fundraising sphere and works to utilize her network of fellow designers and fundraising professionals to make sure that Lautman’s art department is always on top of industry trends.

She is a strong believer in communication and education and enjoys sharing her expertise about the design process with her coworkers and clients.

Dana graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In her spare time she paints, runs, and reads too much. She is based out of Buffalo, NY and is happy to give recommendations for the best places to get wings.

Melissa joined Lautman in 2021 bringing with her more than 16 years of nonprofit fundraising experience. Throughout her career, she has assumed leadership roles including the design and implementation of strategic, marketing and fundraising plans, program and project management, recruitment and supervision of personnel, written and verbal communications and presentations and cultivation of constituency relationships. As Senior Account Executive at Lautman, she is excited to put this experience to use in support of the missions of Heifer International, House of Ruth and JDC.

Prior to joining Lautman, Melissa managed The National WWII Museum’s robust direct marketing program, which during her tenure raised more than $120 million for the Museum. She also oversaw the Museum’s onsite Membership program which more than tripled in revenue and stabilized member conversion.

Melissa is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration. She has been a member of the Direct Marketing Association since 2011, American Alliance of Museum member since 2014 and member of the Association of Fundraising Professional since 2015. As an Account Director at Lautman, she overseas strategy and campaign implementation for Doctors Without Borders, The Actors Fund and Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.

Michelle began her fundraising career working with political organizations, then transitioning to non-profits in the animal welfare, religious, environmental and international relief sectors. She stepped outside fundraising for several years, working in the employer brand space partnering with Barclays, Vanguard, KPMG and Dell.

She graduated cum laude from The George Washington University. She’s also run a handful of half and full marathons, but has switched gears and is an avid Peloton rider. She currently lives in Brooklyn where you can find her cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs with her pup Picard.

Catie joined Lautman in the Fall of 2021 as an Account Coordinator to support the integrated fundraising campaigns of Doctors Without Borders, The Actors Fund and Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation. She is thrilled to learn more about the ways direct response fundraising can help clients cultivate impactful relationships with current and prospective donors.

Her passion for nonprofit work began as an undergrad when she interned with the American Shakespeare Center and RAINN. Prior to coming to Lautman, she worked as an Account Management Associate at Hanover Research where she specialized in expanding and maintaining client relationships.

Catie is a Virginia native and graduate of James Madison University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring local hiking trails, trying new restaurants, and attending local theatre productions.

Senior Production Manager

Lisa brings 20+ years of experience in graphic, print and direct mail production to the Lautman Maska Neill & Company team. As a Senior production manager, Lisa provides full-service production management for direct response fundraising campaigns and assists in developing various campaign strategies. Like any seasoned production expert, Lisa brings her experience with analytics and her trouble-shooting skills to our teams.

Originally from Oregon, Lisa started her print career in Tennessee as a commercial estimator and project manager. She followed opportunities to Annapolis, Maryland, to work as a customer service representative for a well-established printing company. Soon, her passion for non-profits led her to Merkle and The Production Management Group where she expanded her skills into all facets of the non-profit fundraising industry, working with groups such as Feeding America and the National Audubon Society.

Lisa enjoys her time off by hiking to as many waterfalls as she and her husband can find and treasure hunting on the coast with Kenna the wonder Corgi. She leaves the two kitties at home to protect the house.

Carolyn joined Lautman in 2022 as a Production Manager to execute cost-effective, high quality, on-time direct response fundraising efforts for Actors Fund, National Council on Jewish Women, VNS Health and the Meals on Wheels fundraising Co-op.

She brings with her more than 20 years of direct mail production and fulfillment experience. Carolyn has extensive knowledge of digital and offset printing and postal regulations and is adept at managing campaigns from inception to completion. She prides herself on her attention to detail and is thrilled to bring her multitasking skills, professionalism and positive attitude to the Lautman team.

Finance Operations Specialist

Michelle joined Lautman in 2020 bringing with her over seven years of experience providing administrative support, managing records and handling time and attendance for organizations large and small. She is eager to put her excellent communications and organizational skills, customer service experience, and responsive and task-oriented work ethic to bear for Lautman’s growing Finance department.

In her role as Finance Operations Specialist, Michelle processes all billing and provides administrative support for the finance team. She also is the backup for the Senior Accountant of Operations. She works collaboratively with other team members to improve efficiencies and streamline processes.
Michelle is currently pursuing her BS degree in Accounting at University of Maryland University College. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, online shopping and spending time with her daughter.

April Moore joined Lautman Maska Neill & Company in 2013 with over 15 years of experience.

As Production Director, she manages all aspects of production for fundraising campaigns for the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, Meals on Wheels, The ALS Association, Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Reading Is Fundamental, and others.

April entered the industry in 2002 as a Project Manager at Production Solutions where she gained fundamental production knowledge while working with such clients as USA for UNHCR, National Wildlife Federation, Smile Train, and Heifer International.  In 2005, she made the transition to agency work as an Account Assistant at Stephen Winchell & Associates before her promotion to Account Coordinator in 2009.  There, she continued to use her production background to produce successful fundraising campaigns for her clients.  Clients ranged from museums, memorials, and animal advocacy to a political think tank and various political campaigns.  She also gained deeper insight into the direct mail fundraising strategies and techniques.

April was raised in New England and graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with both her B.A. in English and M.B.A. in Management.  She resides in Arlington, VA with her husband and two children.

Angela (she/her/hers) joins the Lautman Maska Neill & Company team with over 20 years in the nonprofit direct marketing industry. She has experience planning and executing innovative fundraising and marketing campaigns for dozens of animal welfare organizations, advocacy groups, health care organizations, and other nonprofits across the U.S. Her passion lies at the intersection between creative and analytics, using metrics to increase both short- and long-term performance for the organizations she partners with.

Angela holds a graduate degree in Political Management from George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. When she’s not raising money for nonprofits, Angela spends her time volunteering with Backpack Buddies, where her chapter is responsible for providing bags of nutritious food each week for almost 50 food-insecure children at her local elementary school.  

In her spare time, you will find her spending quality time with her family, hiking with her chihuahua Violet, rooting for the Georgia Bulldawgs, or baking.

Warsan Omar joined Lautman Maska Neill & Company in January 2018 as our Executive Office Administrator. Prior to Lautman, she spent several years in the hospitality industry, most recently as a Front Desk Manager at several Kimpton Hotels located throughout the Washington, DC area.

At Lautman, Warsan is the public face of the Company and an integral member of our corporate team. She is responsible for delivering top-notch operational service and support to the Company, as well as superior client service to our non-profit and vendor partners. Her friendly, professional, calm demeanor belies the fact that she is actually juggling multiple tasks. Warsan is the emissary to all internal and external staff — offering support, fielding requests and disseminating office-related information as needed. She also assists Corporate Vice Presidents with Marketing and Tech support.

Warsan was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, and is fluent in three languages. When not working, she enjoys travelling overseas with her husband, watching movies and of course, eating!

Alan is an e-commerce design specialist with over 8 years of experience providing visual, UI/UX, graphic design and production.

They joined Lautman in 2020 to help our in-house art department meet the increasing need for visual assets to support online fundraising campaigns. Alan assists the design team on a range of projects for nonprofit organizations large and small, they especially enjoy thinking on their feet and working on causes they care about.

They have a BA in Visual Communication from Savannah College of Art and Design and are also a glitch and experimental new media artist.

Quentin (he/him/his) is the face of Lautman — engaging with both employees and office visitors — greeting everyone who calls or walks through the doors of our DC-based headquarters with a friendly and warm attitude. He is the central point of communication for all staff, and keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. A skilled juggler by nature, on any given day you can find “Q” coordinating meetings, delivering mail, sending packages, managing office supplies, troubleshooting office tech, making coffee or travel plans.  His innate problem solving abilities allow him to assist staff with whatever needs they have.

Quentin has dedicated over two decades to volunteering for two inner-city, at-risk mentoring programs, and has actively participated in the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington DC. He currently serves as a Board member of his Homeowners. To rejuvenate and unwind, he indulges in nourishing meals, cycling, exploring the DMV and socializing with family and friends.

While Nick currently resides in Maryland, he is actually a West Virginia native and remains a steadfast supporter of all his favorite Pittsburgh sports teams. In his free time, you can find Nick watching endless amounts of sports, spending time outside, and playing with his super-mutt pups.

Since joining Lautman in 2018, Kevin (he/him/his) has gained a wealth of knowledge in the fundraising industry. As Senior Analyst, he leverages that knowledge, along with his expertise in data analysis, to provide reporting and strategic insights ranging from the campaign-level to higher-level retention analyses. Additionally, as Segmentation Specialist, Kevin supports the Doctors Without Borders team, overseeing appeal and acquisition data processing to ensure proper implementation of campaign data strategy.
Through this work, Kevin unites his passion for data and statistics with his desire for positive change and is thrilled to continue supporting the missions of such great organizations.
Prior to joining Lautman, Kevin spent time as a Mortgage Banker and a member of the Economic Development team for his hometown of Bowie, Maryland. Kevin is a 2x Terp, receiving Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Margaret brings 19 years of multichannel fundraising consulting experience to Lautman’s clients. She has 11 years of agency experience from Avalon Consulting Group and Bachurski Associates, where she worked on all aspects of acquisition, active, lapsed and upgrade fundraising. She also brings list brokerage and management expertise from three years at Key Acquisition Partners. Her clients have comprised veteran, advocacy, health, arts and environmental organizations.

When not helping her clients make a positive impact in the world, Margaret is knitting, walking the DC area’s beautiful trails or sharing her English Language and Literature knowledge with staff.

Rebekah (she/ her/hers) is a master problem solver capable of creating new and innovative design solutions that also adhere to industry best-practices and individual brand standards. She is especially proud of the mental (and physical) library of winning (and losing) package formats she has built up over the past 20 years. And, in the true spirit of collaboration, she happily shares her ideas with her account and production colleagues.

As a member of Lautman’s Tech Committee, Rebekah makes sure our in-house art department has the technology it needs to provide art assets that meet required specs while observing deadlines and budgetary constraints.

When Rebekah isn’t designing for fundraising, you can find her volunteering her time at B-more Dog or popping on her headphones and listening to an audiobook while taking a long walk with her dog.

Account Coordinator

Bayli (she/her/hers) joined Lautman in 2022 as our first-ever Account Team Administrator to support the Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières and Heifer International teams, and was subsequently promoted to Account Coordinator.

Bayli found her passion for working with nonprofit organizations when she was a student-athlete at the University of Maryland, College Park. There, Bayli was a Hammer thrower on the Varsity Track Team. With her team, she participated in many volunteer activities with various nonprofits. She passionately volunteered for Best Buddies, the Turkey Drive, and the PG County Reading Program.

She graduated from the University of Maryland, where she earned her degree in Family Science. In her free time, she will either be attending a Baltimore Ravens Football game, trying out new restaurants, or playing with her dog, Bentley.

Graphic Designer

Cynthia has worked as a publication and production designer for nearly thirty years. She started her career in the publications department of the World Bank. Since 1995, she has worked as a freelancer for a variety of publishers in the DC area where she blends meticulous attention to detail with creativity to produce compelling yet harmonious publications.

She now brings her experience, dedication, responsiveness, and flexibility to Lautman’s in-house art department where she works on direct response campaigns for the Meals on Wheels Co-op as well as a host of other national and local nonprofits.

Cynthia graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in mathematics. She plays the violin and volunteers with two community orchestras, loves to garden, and has conquered the Turkish Get-Up.

Account Executive

David (he/him/his) originally joined the Lautman team in 2016 as an intern, followed by a year-long stretch as a Junior Account Executive. His passion for supporting the righteous and inspiring causes of our clients led him back to Lautman in 2022.

In the years in between, he relocated to Richmond, VA, continuing to hone his professional skills, most recently as a Deputy Clerk for the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

David graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Political Science. In his free time he enjoys playing and writing music, watching football with his cat Bones, and exploring his beloved city of Richmond.

Jordanna (She/her/hers) brings her creativity, ambition and passion for making a difference to help manage all aspects of the fully-integrated direct response fundraising campaigns for PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine), HRC (Human Rights Campaign) and Heifer International.

Prior to joining Lautman, Jordanna was the Public Engagement and Communications Officer at Global Rights, an international human rights organization. There, she oversaw Global Rights’ individual donor program and managed their online communications, including building the organization’s social media networks from the ground up.

Jordanna graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs. She is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington and serves on the Board of Directors for the Direct Marketing Association of Washington Educational Foundation (DMAW/EF).Her favorite ways to unplug include testing new recipes, spinning and spending time with a good book.

Digital Account Executive

Katie (she/her/hers) joined Lautman in 2022. In her role of Digital Account Executive, she works as part of a multi-channel team generating and implementing innovative fundraising campaigns for Reading is Fundamental and the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation.

Katie found her passion for nonprofit fundraising when she worked as a digital Intern at Lautman during her last semester of undergrad. After her internship, Katie worked at Integral as an Account Manager helping nonprofits across the world meet their analytical, reporting and strategic needs. She is excited to find herself back at Lautman, where she is eager to put both her analytical and creative experience to work helping to build and grow strong and committed donor files.

Katie graduated from the Catholic University of America where she earned her degree in Marketing. In her free time, you can find Katie photographing throughout the DMV area, going to the movies, or hanging out with her dog, Fogo.

Nicole (she/her/hers) brings fresh ideas to our account department with her ahead-of-schedule mentality and detail-oriented vision. As an Account Executive, she works hand-in-hand with account, analytics, art and production team members to create fundraising packages based on approved strategies to ensure peak campaign performance. She aids in reporting and measuring results and implements adjustments needed to ensure clients are reaching their fundraising goals.   

When Nicole needs time to decompress and relax, you can find her spending quality time with her two young kids at her family beach house in Fenwick Island, DE.   

 

Project Manager, Co-op

Angela comes to Lautman with eight years of full-cycle project management and over 15 years of event management experience. As a Project Manager for the Co-op, Angela works closely with the Co-op Leadership Team to help support all aspects of the Meals on Wheels Co-op fundraising program – from schedule creation, to package development through to execution. In addition, she is responsible for keeping all Co-op campaigns on track to meet the established deadlines and coordinates between teams and departments to execute campaigns.

Before joining Lautman, she was a Marketing Specialist at Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP), where she was responsible for project management of the marketing department’s role in WWP’s fundraising 5K.

Angela has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational and Technical Studies from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from The University of Alabama. When she is not assisting her team in making a positive impact on America’s senior communities, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.

Senior Production Manager

Jamie brings 15 years’ experience in commercial printing and lettershop to the Lautman Maska Neill & Company team. She began her career at a mid-size commercial printer/lettershop in the D.C. area. Working as a project manager, she was committed to delivering outstanding service and continually looking for ways to improve client relations. After years working on the “inside,” she decided it was time to make the move to the agency side. She got her start at CDR Fundraising Group as a production manager where she worked with clients ranging animal advocacy to scholarship funds.

As a senior production manager at Lautman, Jamie provides full-service production management for direct response fundraising campaigns for the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, Planned Parenthood DC, JBI, National Council of Jewish Women, Ronald McDonald House Cincinnati and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending as much time outside with her dog, Indiana (Indy). To unwind at the end of the day she enjoys working out and entering mud obstacle races.

In her free time, Victoria helps Passaic County CASA for Children (a local organization that advocates for children in the foster care system) with their outreach and communcations efforts. To take her mind off work she plans trips to Disney and other fun-for-the-whole family destinations.

Digital Production Director

Lindsey has an innate passion for “figuring it out” when it comes to executing digital campaigns and pushing the limits of technology. As a Digital Production Director, Lindsey brings passion, commitment, and humor to all her work – whether it’s producing clients’ digital fundraising and advocacy campaigns or advising on innovative tactics or technology.

For over 15 years, Lindsey has been developing and executing digital campaigns in the nonprofit sector, including 10 years as the Deputy Director of Online Strategy for the Human Rights Campaign. She’s led multiple eCRM migrations, led massive redesign projects, tested and analyzed campaign results, and more.

Lindsey is a graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Sociology. In her spare time, she can be found fielding grounders on her softball team, searching for geocaches with her family, or napping in a hammock.

Before coming to Lautman, Julia worked at POLITICO on the Account Management team of the Sales department. She is excited to continue her client-based work and learn more about the world of direct mail.

Julia graduated from Colby College in Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish. In her downtime, she can be found singing jazz, walking through Rock Creek Park and Mt. Pleasant, or watching baking shows.

The company she has built with co-owner Tiffany Neill reflects their commitment to innovation and excellence in direct response fundraising, their belief in the power of non-profit organizations to improve the world we live in and their personal goals of leaving the world a better place.

Lisa began her direct marketing career managing new donor acquisition campaigns for CARE, a leading humanitarian organization that fights global poverty. She also ran the annual fund for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York before joining Lautman & Company in 1992. Over the years, she has developed a strong donor-centric view that helps shape the critically intimate connection between nonprofit organizations and the donors who support them. She balances insight into the fundraising needs of established organizations and start-ups alike. She leads the firm’s work for senior nutrition programs around the country through the Meals-on-Wheels Fundraising Co-op.

Lisa believes that sharing her expertise continues the Lautman tradition of giving back to the industry. She frequently speaks at industry conferences and seminars, including the AFP International Conference, the Bridge Conference in Washington DC, AFP Fund Raising Day in New York, DMA Nonprofit Days and DMFA and served on the boards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Washington, DC Chapter and the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association (DMFA).

Lisa graduated cum laude from Rice University in Houston, Texas, with a degree in English literature. She is a retired runner, having completed three marathons including the Marine Corps Marathon and the New York City Marathon and now attends yoga classes as often as possible.

Her experience ranges from production management, list brokerage, digital implementation, strategic and analytical collaboration and, most importantly, client service.As an Account Manager, she brings her passion and enthusiasm to our Meals on Wheels Co-op team where she helps drive Lautman’s donor-centric fundraising strategies, and provides the customer-centric support that our clients need to achieve fundraising success.

In her spare time, you can find Christa at any Florida Gators, Texas Longhorns, or Dallas Cowboy football games or at a local eatery or vineyard. North Texas does have good wine, she swears!

As Vice President, Jacqui directs Lautman Maska Neill & Company’s production staff and is responsible for managing the production of direct marketing campaigns for a wide range of efforts that include acquisitions, special appeals, membership renewals, monthly donor and premium programs.

Over the course of more than 25 years with the company, Jacqui’s hands-on experience has ranged from small, start-up programs to large, multi-faceted campaigns for local and national accounts such as the ASPCA, Mercy Corps, FCNL, House of Ruth, Save the Chimps, GMHC and Point Foundation.

In addition, Jacqui serves as COO for the firm’s Meals on Wheels National Co-op, a consortium of more than 40 regional meal providers across the United States.

Jacqui came to Lautman Maska Neill & Company with an outstanding background in direct mail and production. Her attention to detail and her expertise in all areas of printing and production allow her to produce direct mail campaigns for the best prices without sacrificing quality.

Highly organized, results driven, and collaborative, Lynsey knows what it takes to develop revenue-generating and award-winning campaigns for our nonprofit clients. She serves as Director of Co-op Client Services for the firm’s Meals on Wheels National Co-op, a consortium of more than 45 regional meal providers across the United States. With a deep understanding of each Co-op client’s priorities, she works with her internal teams and external vendors to create integrated fundraising solutions to meet their needs.   

Lynsey launched and leads Lautman’s Volunteer Committee which helps our staff find great organizations and projects around the country to support with their time. Her commitment to volunteering extends outside of work. Lynsey volunteers at SOME (So Others Might Eat) helping serve breakfast, assembling holiday boxes and participating in their annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day.  

You can find Lynsey taking long walks with her dog Murphy, traveling to visit family and friends, and finding the best margaritas in D.C.

Prior to coming to Lautman, Michaela managed direct response fundraising programs for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Rhode Island Community Food Bank, Riley Children’s Foundation, and Grassroots International.

Michaela is an Orangetheory fanatic, an avid reader and loves anything to do with the ocean. You can find her at the beach from May to September swimming and kayaking. She is also a member of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA).

Pat (she/her/hers) brings more than 30 years of production experience to the Lautman team, including more than 15 years in the printing industry. As Production Director, Pat manages the production of integrated direct marketing campaigns — including estimating, scheduling, printing and delivery — to deliver effective campaigns for her clients.

Before joining Lautman, Pat was responsible for meeting tight deadlines on political fundraising mailings, executing highly personalized projects and coordinating large prospecting campaigns. Over the years, she has managed production jobs both large and small, for agencies as well as commercial and non-profit clients.

In her free time, Pat enjoys riding her motorcycle and talking long walks with her two rescue pups. She is also a member of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW).

Bridget first joined Lautman as an Account Intern in 2020. Now an Account Coordinator, Bridget provides support to the fundraising campaigns for Doctors Without Borders, The ALS Association and the Meals on Wheels Co-op.

Bridget graduated cum laude from George Washington University in 2021, receiving a B.A. in Sociology and dual minors in English and Sustainability. At GW, Bridget discovered her passion for working with nonprofits through volunteering with Life Pieces To Masterpieces, an arts-based afterschool program in DC. Bridget also previously interned with other nonprofits of varying sizes and missions, and is excited to continue her work in fundraising and direct response at Lautman.

Originally from New Jersey, Bridget enjoys drawing and painting, taking long walks through her DC neighborhood, and keeping up with friends, family, and her dogs back home, Shannon and Meadow.

Maggie (she/her/hers) joined the Lautman team in 2021 as an Account Executive to support the direct response campaigns for the Meals on Wheels Co-op, Heifer International and Virginia Hospital Center.

Before coming to Lautman, Maggie worked at The Knot Worldwide on the advertising sales team, supporting wedding professionals in their marketing and development efforts. For more than five years, Maggie leveraged industry experience in closing new business and managing relationships with current clients.

Maggie graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in French. Born and raised in the D.C. area, she spends her free time trying new restaurants with her husband, cheering on the Washington Nationals, and spoiling her pets, Hunter and Sam.

Production Coordinator

Eileen brings more than ten years of experience in direct response marketing to Lautman. In her role as Production Assistant, she supports senior production staff and serves as a resource for the entire production team. She assists with the implementation of fundraising campaigns for nonprofit organizations by managing the steps necessary to execute cost-effective, high quality, on-time direct response fundraising efforts. This includes creating production schedules, writing requests for quotes (RFQs), preparing production grids, awarding jobs and issuing POs, trafficking artwork/proofs, reconciling invoices and creating/maintaining cost sheets.

Eileen began her career in direct response as an Account Coordinator working with the Arthritis Foundation team at Merkle. Wanting to learn more about the industry, she moved over to the Production and learned the daily ins and outs of direct mail production. Within a few months she was promoted to Production Billing Manager where she managed the production billing for three offices and worked closely with accounting. From there, she moved on to other agencies and worked on clients such as Paralyzed Veterans of America, Pioneers, MS and ACS.

Eileen’s passion for nonprofits has driven her to participate in the Arthritis Walk and Relay for Life and serve as a Wish Granter with Make A Wish. She is also an avid sports fan.

Production Manager

Carolyn joined Lautman in 2022 as a Production Manager to execute cost-effective, high quality, on-time direct response fundraising efforts for Actors Fund, National Council on Jewish Women, VNS Health and the Meals on Wheels fundraising Co-op.

She brings with her more than 20 years of direct mail production and fulfillment experience. Carolyn has extensive knowledge of digital and offset printing and postal regulations and is adept at managing campaigns from inception to completion. She prides herself on her attention to detail and is thrilled to bring her multitasking skills, professionalism and positive attitude to the Lautman team.

April Moore joined Lautman Maska Neill & Company in 2013 with over 15 years of experience.

As Production Director, she manages all aspects of production for fundraising campaigns for the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, Meals on Wheels, The ALS Association, Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Reading Is Fundamental, and others.

April entered the industry in 2002 as a Project Manager at Production Solutions where she gained fundamental production knowledge while working with such clients as USA for UNHCR, National Wildlife Federation, Smile Train, and Heifer International.  In 2005, she made the transition to agency work as an Account Assistant at Stephen Winchell & Associates before her promotion to Account Coordinator in 2009.  There, she continued to use her production background to produce successful fundraising campaigns for her clients.  Clients ranged from museums, memorials, and animal advocacy to a political think tank and various political campaigns.  She also gained deeper insight into the direct mail fundraising strategies and techniques.

April was raised in New England and graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with both her B.A. in English and M.B.A. in Management.  She resides in Arlington, VA with her husband and two children.

Graphic Designer

Cynthia has worked as a publication and production designer for nearly thirty years. She started her career in the publications department of the World Bank. Since 1995, she has worked as a freelancer for a variety of publishers in the DC area where she blends meticulous attention to detail with creativity to produce compelling yet harmonious publications.

She now brings her experience, dedication, responsiveness, and flexibility to Lautman’s in-house art department where she works on direct response campaigns for the Meals on Wheels Co-op as well as a host of other national and local nonprofits.

Cynthia graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in mathematics. She plays the violin and volunteers with two community orchestras, loves to garden, and has conquered the Turkish Get-Up.
