Digital Account Manager
Are you a digital expert who wants to help raise money for incredible causes and work alongside some of the brightest minds in the fundraising business? We are hiring a Digital Account Manager to join our growing team and work with some incredible nonprofits!
In this position you will direct and manage all areas of the email fundraising and advocacy strategies for nonprofit organizations and maintain strong client relationships. You will help create innovative email and digital campaigns for our nonprofit clients, and work with our team of implementers to bring them to life.
We are looking for someone who loves the creative process just as much as analysis, and who has experience working with eCRMs such as Engaging Networks, Luminate Online and EveryAction.
You should have 6-7 years experience in the digital space, ideally in an agency environment. Salary range is $90,000-95,000 and we offer excellent benefits. Remote candidates will be considered.

Digital Production Specialist
Are you a digital implementation specialist passionate about raising money for incredible causes? We are looking for a Digital Production Specialist to join our growing team!
In this position you will build out the emails and handle digital production for several nonprofit clients. Working as part of a multi-channel team, you will create and deliver emails, manage the testing process, build out forms and landing pages, conditionalize content, manage the schedule and adhere to quality control procedures.
We are looking for someone who has three years of proven, successful experience in a nonprofit or agency setting, and who is familiar with eCRMs such as Engaging Networks, Luminate and EveryAction.
You should have the ability to multi-task, work in a detailed, timely manner and enjoy troubleshooting and working as part of a team. Salary range is $60,000-70,000 and we offer excellent benefits. Remote candidates will be considered.

Graphic Artist
Are you a graphic artist who is passionate about nonprofits? Knowledgeable about direct response fundraising? Do you know your way around Creative Suite? Read on!
We’re hiring someone to assist our in-house Design Department with editing and versioning of existing art assets for digital fundraising campaigns as directed, preparing and releasing files for output and archiving and organizing files appropriately.
Must be proficient Adobe Creative Suite on Mac platform.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience designing for web and email, as well as Meta and Google Display Ads. You should know how to use Photoshop to design and animate gifs, have technical expertise with InDesign and Illustrator, as well as an understanding of design best practices (both for print and digital).
The ability to interpret existing Brand Guidelines and take direction and instruction from other members of the team is key. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask as well as handle multiple tight deadlines is essential. Nonprofit fundraising knowledge is a plus.
More than any particular skill, we are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, a passion for nonprofits and a thirst for knowledge. Salary range is $53,000 – 60,000 and includes excellent benefits.
