Account Director (Direct Mail)
As a leader in the nonprofit fundraising space, we are growing and are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team.
In this position, you will direct the implementation of all aspects of direct response fundraising strategy for select nonprofit clients. Leading a multi-channel team, you will generate and implement innovative fundraising campaigns; become intimately familiar with your clients’ mission; and maintain strong client relationships — they will come to rely on your fundraising expertise — as you work together to build and grow a strong and committed donor file.
To succeed in this position, you should have at least ten years’ experience working in direct response fundraising with some of that time having been at an agency; detailed knowledge of direct response fundraising and campaign execution including analysis and budgeting; the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; strong analytic skills, strong attention to detail, strong writing skills; strong management skills; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors and co-workers. Online and list experience is helpful. Remote employees will be considered. Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000.

Production Manager (Direct Mail)
Are you filled with joy when a fundraising campaign mails on-time? Do you dream about postal savings? Can you speak the language of lettershops, but also converse with clients in plain speak? We are looking for you!
In this position, you will work collaboratively with account teams to execute flawless direct mail fundraising campaigns for nonprofits that are on time and within budget. To succeed, you should have at least four years of experience handling multiple projects with tight deadlines from beginning to end – including scheduling, bidding and awarding jobs, art/proof/setup review, and expense reconciliation. You are a detail-oriented multi-tasker proficient in Word, Excel and Acrobat.
