Accounting Operations Coordinator
We are hiring an Accounting Operations Coordinator who is eager to be part of a company that is making the world a better place.
In this position you must be a team player, highly organized, have a strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years’ of office experience in a finance, accounting, or operations position and be able to take directions from multiple channels in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
The ideal candidate must have functional experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel, Adobe Acrobat and experience with QuickBooks is preferred. The salary range is $52,000-55,000 and we offer excellent benefits.
Please Note: This is a non- exempt position that is expected to be in the office for a minimum of 3 business days per week.

Direct Mail Production Manager — F/T Location Flexible
Are you filled with joy when a fundraising campaign mails on-time?
Do you dream about postal savings?
Can you speak the language of letter shops, but also converse with clients in plain speak?
We are looking for you!
In this position, you will work collaboratively with account teams to execute flawless direct mail fundraising campaigns for nonprofits that are on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate must have 4 years’ experience handling multiple projects with tight deadlines from beginning to end – including scheduling, bidding and awarding jobs, art/proof/setup review, and expense reconciliation. You are a detail-oriented multi-tasker proficient in Word, Excel and Acrobat.
The salary range is $60,000-65,000.
