Digital Account Executive
As a Digital Account Executive, you will be the day-to-day strategic and creative lead for our nonprofit clients’ digital fundraising campaigns. Working as part of a multi-channel team, you will generate and implement innovative fundraising campaigns for our nonprofit clients. You will become intimately familiar with your clients’ mission — and they will come to rely on your digital expertise — as you work together to build and grow a strong and committed donor file.

Responsibilities:

  • Create digital fundraising and engagement campaign strategies
  • Work on multiple copywriting projects at once, maintaining strong quality and adhering to the schedules
  • Serve as the digital project manager for our work with the client, overseeing the schedule and deliverables
  • Assists in setting up and executing online campaigns, including landing page configuration, data segmentation, and testing procedures
  • Analyze results to each campaign, reporting to the client and assisting in budget management
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the client, participating in client calls by serving as the digital lead, and pitching in when needed to meet client needs

About Your Skills:

To succeed in this position, you should have three or more years’ experience working in digital fundraising in a nonprofit or agency setting. We are looking for someone who enjoys writing compelling copy, coming up with creative strategies, using data to impact decisions – and who is passionate for the nonprofit sector. You should work well as part of a team, be able to prioritize multiple projects, and proactively work to solve problems and meet goals. We are looking for an energetic and committed individual who is eager to make a difference.

Project Manager,  Meals on Wheels Coop
As Project Manager for the Meals on Wheels Coop, you will help facilitate the day-to-day operations of our chapter-based direct response fundraising cooperative, including managing team processes and ensuring that campaigns stay on schedule.

Working with the Coop Leadership Team, the Project Manager helps ensure that our innovative fundraising campaigns for our Meals on Wheels clients are executed accurately, efficiently, and on-time. You will be part of a large team that is working together to meet the 40+ clients’ revenue goals and deliver high quality service that retains clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the COO, oversees team processes, updating and instituting changes as needed.
  • Drafts and manages all campaign schedules in coordination with the COO to ensure that each campaign stays on track.
  • Proactively launches the strategic planning for each campaign – reviewing past results and organizing campaign materials for discussion with Coop Leadership Team. Assists with development of fundraising strategies.
  • Coordinates art and copy development for each campaign, and helps version mail components for individual clients.
  • Working with the Analytics Department, coordinates results reporting and assists with testing analysis.
  • Maintains team tracking documents, including data on campaign planning, client information, budget approvals, and contract renewals.

About Your Skills:

To succeed in this position, candidates will have two to four years’ experience working in fundraising and/or direct marketing, as well as project management experience and must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Acrobat DC. You have strong attention to detail; the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; are able to work well in a collaborative team setting; and have a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers, vendors and clients.

We are looking for an organized, self-starter who is eager to learn and make a difference in the world. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the nonprofit sector and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Interns assist with the direct marketing and fundraising campaigns for numerous clients in a variety of sectors – such as international relief, animal welfare and social services. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in working in a fast-paced environment and learning more about fundraising or non-profit marketing.

This is a full-time, temporary (6 months), paid position.
