Senior Account Executive 

 

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join us.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead the strategy and creative for our nonprofit clients’ fundraising campaigns. Working as part of a multi-channel team, you will generate and implement innovative fundraising campaigns for our nonprofit clients. You will become intimately familiar with your clients’ mission - and they will come to rely on your fundraising expertise – as you work together to build and grow a strong and committed donor file.

Responsibilities:

  • Create direct response campaign strategies.
  • Serve as the project manager for our work with the client, overseeing the schedule and all deliverables.
  • Manage all data selection and segmentation for all campaigns.
  • Manage all campaign analysis from results collection through reporting back to the client.
  • Lead the creation of budget projections and testing plans.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the client, taking a lead in client calls, spearheading meetings, and pitching in when needed to meet client needs.

About Your Skills:

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 5 years’ experience working in direct response fundraising (agency experience a plus), demonstrated expertise in managing fully integrated, multi-channel, direct response fundraising programs and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented team-player, able to prioritize multiple projects.

Digital Production Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Production Specialist to play a major role in our digital direct response work for our nonprofit clients. This person will take the lead implementing  digital fundraising campaigns. Working as part of a multi-channel team, you will execute the email strategies, building out emails from start to finish. This position is being hired to work on behalf of one of our advocacy organization clients, and experience with Engaging Networks is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages CRM technology (such as: Luminate, EveryAction, Engaging Networks) to send out emails. Tasks may include:
  • Setting up campaigns, loading copy and art
  • Conditionalizing/customizing content
  • Landing page configuration
  • Data segmentation
  • Managing the QC testing process
  • Executing A/B tests
  • Running campaign reports and interpreting results
  •  Stays up to date with the latest HTML, CSS, JavaScript tools and trends
  • Maintains strong relationships with account teams and other departments
  • Acts as “in-house technical consultant” to all account staff and clients as needed
  • Builds network of freelance coders for more complex development work
  • Stays abreast of client capabilities and needs, proactively providing solutions
  • Performs other tasks as needed

About Your Skills:

To succeed in this position, candidates will have 3 or more years’ experience working in digital fundraising/advocacy, demonstrated expertise with eCRM technology (Luminate, Every Action, or Engaging Networks), HTML experience, and the ability to take an email campaign from start to finish (building out landing pages, conditionalizing content, executing A/B tests, etc).

You should be extremely detail-oriented, work well as part of a team, be able to prioritize multiple projects, and have a passion for the nonprofit sector. We are looking for an energetic and committed individual who is eager to make a difference.

Data Intern

We are currently seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented intern for data related projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nonprofits and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for an organized self-starter who is eager to learn and make a difference in the world.

As a Data Intern, you assist the Analytics Department in transforming data into actionable business intelligence. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in working in a fast-paced environment and learning more about database analytics and fundraising or nonprofit marketing. This is a full-time, temporary (6 months), paid internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Analytics Department with entering data into the company’s Access based statistical software system.
  • Compile digital campaign results data into databases and generate performance reports.
  • Assist in reviewing results summaries to ensure a high standard of quality control.
  • Generate and distribute Excel based result spreadsheets.

About Your Skills:

Demonstrated experience with Excel and some Access experience is required. Experience working with SQL is preferred. An ability to handle multiple projects and to work independently and efficiently is essential. Attention to detail, the capability to work as part of a team, and good communications skills are paramount.
