 Ilana (she/her/hers) manages direct mail fundraising campaigns throughout the entire campaign lifecycle; from strategy development, creative, to final reporting. Spearheading multiple campaigns at a time, she successfully delivers projects on time through great communication with clients, vendors, and teammates while keeping a careful eye on schedules. Starting her early career at Lautman, she is now a go-to resource for some of the newer staff who are launching their careers in fundraising. Ilana is also a member of Lautman’s DEI Committee.  

 You can find Ilana reading a good book, walking around D.C., or visiting Baltimore to spend time with her niece and nephew.
