Jordanna Sussman (she/her) is a seasoned fundraising professional who is committed to creating positive change in our world. As Vice President, Accounts, Jordanna’s leadership fosters strong relationships with clients, vendors and industry partners; and drives the execution of multi-channel fundraising campaigns — combining direct mail, digital outreach and telemarketing to help meet her client’s goals. Her strategic insight has played a pivotal role in acquiring new donors, enhancing donor retention and increasing revenue for nonprofits in multiple sectors.

Jordanna is an active member of Lautman’s Training Committee and Tech Committee. Whether it’s organizing training sessions for staff members, ensuring new employees set up for success or helping troubleshoot Sharepoint issues, Jordanna is a team player who loves to help her colleagues.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Jordanna baking in her kitchen, taking family walks with her husband, kids and Standard Poodle Ralphie, or dancing it out on her Peloton.
