Quentin (he/him/his) is the face of Lautman — engaging with both employees and office visitors — greeting everyone who calls or walks through the doors of our DC-based headquarters with a friendly and warm attitude. He is the central point of communication for all staff, and keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. A skilled juggler by nature, on any given day you can find “Q” coordinating meetings, delivering mail, sending packages, managing office supplies, troubleshooting office tech, making coffee or travel plans.  His innate problem solving abilities allow him to assist staff with whatever needs they have.

Quentin has dedicated over two decades to volunteering for two inner-city, at-risk mentoring programs, and has actively participated in the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington DC. He currently serves as a Board member of his Homeowners. To rejuvenate and unwind, he indulges in nourishing meals, cycling, exploring the DMV and socializing with family and friends.
