Shonda (she/her/hers) is an experienced IT professional who has loved working with data for the past 15+ years! In her role, she manages the technical aspect of importing and exporting data, troubleshooting, reporting, and liaising with multiple data vendors. Detail oriented, highly organized, and client service focused, Shonda ensures that our teams have the right data to help reach fundraising goals.    

She graduated cum laude from Franklin University and is a certified Raisers Edge Blackbaud user. Her commitment to nonprofits extends outside work, as she has been volunteering with her local YMCA since 2018. Shonda currently lives in Spring Hill, Florida, where she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, cycling, line dancing and traveling.
