Lesley Hostetter Named DMAW’s 2013 Recipient of the Emerging Leader Award

Lautman’s own Lesley Hostetter was honored with DMAW’s 2013 Emerging Leader Award by the Direct Marketing Association of Washington

Lautman Maska Neill & Company announced today that Lesley Hostetter was named DMAW’s 2013 “Emerging Leader” by the Direct Marketing Association of Washington.

The DMAW Emerging Leader Award recognizes the area’s most talented young direct/interactive marketing professionals with up to 8 years of experience who show uncommon promise in strategy, creativity and innovative thinking in the future of direct marketing. Winning candidates demonstrate superior leadership abilities, including a strong track record of outstanding results and a reputation for “giving back” through direct marketing education.

Tiffany Neill, CFRE, Partner at Lautman said, “We are so proud of Lesley, and pleased that her peers recognized her for her amazing contributions and her potential for future success in the direct response fundraising industry. Lesley is constantly thinking ahead, and we’re so grateful to have her as a part of our bright, creative, innovative team here at Lautman.”

Lesley is currently an Account Supervisor and the Director of Integrated Fundraising at Lautman. Since graduating from St. Michael’s College in Burlington, VT, Lesley has spent a dozen years on both sides of direct response fundraising — agency and nonprofit — and says her best advice for engaging donors is pretty basic: create real relationships.

Congratulations Lesley.
